FITNESS FOR LIFE PROGRAM
Fitness for Life is about learning technique at a slower safer pace allowing us to teach you safe effective lifting technique so that if you need to pick some heavy object off the ground then you will be able to safely. We will give you strength that you didn't know you had. We will develop your cardio fitness so you can do fat burning aerobic exercise more efficiently without running out of breathe giving you cardiovascular endurance. This program will develop mobility in those stiff joints allowing you to move easier with more flexibility
6x week training program
Runs each week on Tuesday's & Thursday's at 5.30pm
